As you probably know, the Cost of a PAINTING project is dependent on: 

area(s) to be painted - number of colors - type of paint - conditions of surface(s) to be painted - gallons of paint needed -PLUS any additional repairs or special preparation that may be needed to assure a quality application. Your home may need some drywall repair OR maybe a primer coat of paint before applying final Exterior or Interior Paints.   Our spraying & power rolling (and 'YES' brushes, too)procedure is GREAT!  

 

2008 PAINT SPECIALS 

1,600 sq ft EXTERIOR Single Story Home $ 1695.00*   Single Color/Spray Application - standard preparation & power wash - INCLUDES 10-gallons FRAZEE ACRI-TEC flat Finish paint.  Please note: Your home may require more or less than 10-gallons dependent on color/finish and condition of paintable surface. 

**EXTRA! EXTRA! YOU furnish the paint and we'll give you a $150 credit upon full payment on your complete Exterior paint service !   

 

1,600 sq ft INTERIOR Single Story Home $ 1895.00*  Single Color Application with standard preparation. Living Room/Dining area, 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, kitchen area, hall & entry closet.  Sample pricing considers using 15 gallons of  FRAZEE Lo-Sheen ('eggshell') textured paint. Other grades/finishes available at additional charge and based upon condition of interior areas to be painted.  

EXTRA! EXTRA! EXTRA!! You furnish the paint and we'll give you $150 Credit on a complete Exterior paint service -OR- a $200 credit a complete Interior paint service - amount deducted on full payment. 

 

1550 sq ft Ceiling area- $ 750.00*    Based on an Estimate of 5 gallons and standard ceiling application.  NOTE: * AZ Sales tax will be added to applicable  services & materials. 

 

ALL figures figures are EXAMPLES from past experiences. Your home may be less or more than those prices shown above dependent on size of home, condition of area(s) and/or need for applying a 'primer' paint base.  ANY ADDITIONAL REPAIRS needed in preparation will be charged in addition to your painting costs.  Contractor will not warrant any Paint furnished by the Homeowner. Any expressed warranty for the paint will be between the Homeowner and the manufacturer of such paint(s).

 

 

 

VARIOUS INSTALLATION RATES :

All rates shown below are LABOR ONLY and do not include the appliance(s)/fixture except where noted.  Installation fee's based on normal and typcial installation.  Additional labor and/or materials may apply on your particular repair.

 

CEILING FANS   $69.00 Basic installation price. YOU buy the fan and we'll install it! (second fans installed during same visit at $49.00 each) Includes removal of existing fan/light - Assembly and normal Installation of new fan using existing electrical service box & mount - Balance new Fan - Installation of 'down rod' (labor only) - installation of light kit (labor only). (Additional work, materials maybe required at additional costs).

 

LIGHT FIXTURES $39* - $59*  Basic installation pricing. Find a terrific fixture and we'll Install It !  (Interior/Exterior Replacement at existing connection boxes. Chandeliers slightly higher)

 

FAUCETS     

Kitchen                  $85-$120*             

Bathroom/Laundry $50-$90*       

Double Sink/Faucet/in-sink disposal $250 + kit             

 

Water Heater Element (electric)   $100**  

Install new top or lower element (** price includes element for most electrical water heaters)                                                                           

 

Prices may vary dependent on make, type, of  appliance/fixture, availability of parts & materials, accessibiltiy and condition of affected area(s). Projects may be bid by the job, pending specific details. (*sales tax extra)

 

FREE Estimates??:   Of Course !  

You need to have a good idea what your repair may cost and I'm happy to give you a good faith proposed estimate.   A deposit is required when a proposal is accepted OR unless described within the proposal.  This amount will be deducted from your final statement as full payment is made. 

                                                                                                           

Service Location:  Projects beyond a 15 mile radius of Ahwatukee/Foothills OR Casa Grande may be subject to a trip charge on a case by case  basis.  

Payment: Full payment in the form of cash or check is due upon completion of work performed or at intervals as outlined in the contract.
